I certainly know a little about what you are going through as I finished my pediatric training only a few years ago and remember taking care of many premature babies in the NICU with multiple health problems. I'm living in Portland, Oregon, my hometown, with my husband, Nate and our 20-month old daughter, Maddie. After graduation I attended college, majoring in business, then became a nanny and worked in Boston and San Francisco. I moved back to Portland after a short 5-month visit to Hawaii in 1994.
